Doublewides and modular homes are permitted. Barndaminums are also permitted as long as they meet single-family dwelling building standards.

-Zoning would permit two dwelling units on the site, with the requirement that the accessory dwelling be no more than 75% of the footprint of the primary dwelling

-Both homes must be able to meet setbacks of 15 feet from the front right of way, 10 feet from the side and rear property lines, and 30 feet away from any creeks/streams if present on the property
